Here’s what a typical day might look like
Start your day with a grounding yoga class on our open terrace.
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to get the energy you need.
The surf sessions include one or two guided lessons, with a break in between to rest and rehydrate. Surf equipment is included.
Relax, explore and enjoy. Take a swim in the swimmingpool or go for an adventure. Don't forget to take part to our twice a week surf video analysis session.
Connect with the new friends and join our social and cultural activities.

Welcome to our surf and yoga retreat Bali. We surf every day (except 1 day off), with small-group coaching sessions led by professional, certified instructors. When you arrive, we’ll assess your level and assign you to the right group — whether you’re a complete beginner or already carving green waves.

Yoga is not just a physical practice—it’s a journey inward. Rooted in intention and inspired by the deep spirituality of Balinese culture, our yoga offerings are designed to create balance, awareness, and connection in every part of your being. This is a core part of your experience at our surf and yoga retreat Bali.
Each day (except 1 day off), we hold space for yoga in our open-air terrace with ricefield view, where nature itself becomes part of the practice. Mornings might begin with a grounding vinyasa flow to awaken the body before the surf. Evenings are often reserved for gentle, meditative stretches, yin yoga, or breathwork to help you release, restore, and realign.
Our teachers guide you beyond the posture — into presence, breath, and the subtle energy that lives within. No matter your level, you are welcome exactly as you are. This is your moment to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.
